Marudhanayagam will be back

Kamal Haasan was in Hyderabad recently to promote his film Dasavathaaram which has been doing very well since its release. The film has had an opening that was never witnessed before. The box office collections in the first four days have set a new record.

While speaking to the press reporters in Hyderabad, Kamal Haasan said that he is going to make his dream project Marudhanayagam after he completes Marmayogi. He said that Dasavathaaram and Marudhanayagam have been his dream projects for years. Now that he has realised one of his dream, he will set his eyes on the other. He said that this time, it will be even grander.

In fact, filming for Marudhanayagam took off in a grand manner with Queen Elizabeth as the chief guest. But it was stalled for various reasons. Now Kamal Haasan has sorted out much of the problems that thwarted the take off of the film. And with the success and encouragement he received from Dasavathaaram, he has decided to resume Marudhanayagam.
