Results of Serial Awards

With many corporate companies brimming up with their own awards for films and music, Tamil Nadu Government hosted its awards ceremony for TV series in different categories. Actress Radhika’s ‘Selvi’ was felicitated as the best TV series and Rs. 2Lakhs was presented as a token of appreciation. AVM’s ‘Sorgam’ was indeed taken on the runners-up position winning cash of Rs.1Lakhs.

Best Actress – Kushboo for Kalki
Best Male character role for Delhi Kumar in Anandham
Best Female Character for Devi Priya in Sorgam
Best villain role for Ajay in Kolangal
Best female negative role for Brindadas in Anandham
Best Director – Samudhirakani for Selvi
Best dialogue writer – Kumaresan in Agalya
Best cinematographer – Maadasami in Malargal
Best Music Director – Kiran for many TV series
