Oscar Ravichandran has clarified that his dream project Dasavatharam will not have any scenes, which hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus in any form. After the release of Dasavatharam trailers, some of the Hindu outfits threatened that they would never allow the film to release in Tamil Nadu if the producer and director should remove some scenes reportedly insult the sentiments of Hindus.

Today,  Hindu Munnani, one of the powerful Hindu outfits in the state, declared an open war against the film until the removal of scenes involved with Ramanujar and immersion of God in the Sea.

Ravichandran, the producer of the film who invests more than Rs. 70 crores for this film says, “It is a film that reflects only spiritualism.

It is a deep research on God and spiritualism. I hope everyone, who believes in God will admire the film. Criticising the film without watching is not a good trend. First, everyone should watch the film. If you find anything against the God, definitely, I will obey your words.”

Featuring Kamal Hassan in 10 different roles, the movie is directed by KS Ravikumar. Asin, Mallika Sherawat among others is in the cast. The movie is scheduled for the last week of May.
