Director Ramana turns hero with Gudhirai

Director Ramana, who directed Thirumalai and helped Vijay establish his brand of acting through it, is now a Kollywood hero! This talented director, who was also responsible for Sullaan (Dhanush) and Aadhi (Vijay), is acting and directing Gudhirai (also spelt as Guthirai) at present.

Insiders say Gudhirai is a perfect blend of action, romance and comedy. It also has a very good storyline which forced the director to accept the lead role. A beautiful newcomer plays the heroine.
