Kallan: Arjun’s next film

Following Aruvadai – in which he teams up with Mammootty, Action King Arjun is gearing up for his next film, Kallan. Kicha, who directed Thee (starring Sundar C.) recently and is directing Sneha in Bhavani, takes care of Kallan’s story, screenplay, dialogues and direction.
Like most Arjun films, Kallan too will be an action movie, replete with daredevil stunts. The action star plays a trigger-happy honest cop in Kallan. To make this one of the best action movies of Kollywood, Kicha is looking for a suitable action choreographer. The heroine is yet to be finalized.
Apart from Hyderabad, where most of the filming will take place, Kicha also plans to film Kallan in Bangkok and Hong Kong. It is rumoured that he has already chalked out some elaborate plans to film spectacular chase sequences abroad.
Meanwhile, Arjun’s Aruvadai – which also stars Mammootty, Sneha and Shardha Arya – is ready for release. Made simultaneously in Tamil and Malayalam, the film traces the lives of two cops who battle menacing terrorists. Touted to be one of the best cop movies in Tamil and Malayalam, it has raised the expectations of cinemagoers in two states.
