Vijay to enter politics?

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s birthday is just round the corner. And all his fans are hoping that he would soon enter into politics. There is a lot of expectation that there could be an announcement on his launching a political outfit. However, there has been no confirmation or denial from his end.

According to sources close to the actor, there are no such plans in immediate future, and it will all have to be thought about. Sometime back, there was speculation that Superstar Rajnikanth would soon start his own political party, and now it is Vijay, who seems to have raised everyone’s expectations.

Vijay has several factors going in his favour. His latest flick Vettaikaran is proceeding at a fast pace. If the film is a success, then it will serve as a prelude to his 50th movie. Vettaikaran is being directed by Babu Sivan, who was a one time associate to director Dharani and is produced by AVM. The film’s music is scored by Vijay Anthony and has Anushka of Arundhathi fame as the female lead.
