Suriya plays ten-year-old

Looks like Suriya is trying to walk in the path of Kamal Haasan by taking up a variety of roles and donning challenging get ups. Remember Varanam Aayiram where he played an old man and a teenager? Well, looks like he’s taken that a little further with Aadhavan. At the audio release of the movie, director K.S. Ravikumar was all praise for the hard work the actor put in to pull off the 10-year-old look!

“The effort and hard work Suriya put in for 15 days to play the part of a ten-year-old in the film is unbelievable,” K.S. Ravikumar said. Apparently, it was Kamal’s deft portrayal of 10 different characters in one movie that spurred Vikram on!
