Vithagan to hit screens in August?

After winning many accolades for his brilliant performance in Aayirathil Oruvan, actor R. Parthiban is ready with his upcoming Vithagan (also spelt Vitthagan). Vithagan, written and directed by Parthiban, is the story of a smart cop who uses his brains to trap criminals and wrongdoers. Poorna is the heroine and Joshua Sridhar of Kadhal fame is the music director.

The latest buzz is that the film will hit screens in the last week of August. Interestingly, Gautham Menon has dubbed for Milind Soman, who plays the villain, in the film. Gautham Menon has earlier dubbed for Jeevan in Khaaka Khaaka.
