“She is one of my good friends in the industry. I’m not in fight with Genelia. Why should media report like this?” questions furious Asin, who replied when asked about the rumour that she was in a professional conflict with her ‘Houseful 2’ co-star Riteish Deshmukh’s best buddy Genelia.

With hits ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’ for Genelia and ‘Ghajini’ and ‘Ready’ for Asin, these successful south actresses are established stars in Bollywood too. Rumours were doing the rounds that Asin had seized the role from Genelia in the film ‘Houseful 2’ and both are now in big fights over the film and their positions in Bollywood.

To clear the air, the Malabar beauty added, “I never felt insecure in any industry. Everyone has their own space. I have mine and she has her own. I want to maintain only friendship, not animosity in the industry!”
