Simbu’s Explanation about Sun TV aired Vaanam on Independence Day

Simbu seems to be flooded with questions on why his latest release Vaanam was telecasted on Sun TV on the Independence Day. He is facing this question more so because of it being telecasted within months after its release.

To this, the actor had said that Vaanam is a movie that borders on patriotism and he felt that it should reach the maximum audiences especially on a day like the Independence Day.

Due to this reason, the film was aired on Sun TV and the audiences were happy to watch such a film on that particular day, he added. Vaanam stars Simbu, Bharath, Prakash Raj, Anushka, Sonia Agarwal, Vega and others.
