Kamal’s another project!

Besides being involved in Viswaroopam, Kamal Haasan has also agreed to work on a Malayalam film about Tipu Sultan, the Tiger of Mysore. The film will be called Tippuvum Unniaarchayum.

Gokulam Gopalan of Pazhassi Raja fame will be producing this film. The script is being readied by John Paul. When Kamal Haasan was approached, he could not resist because he is an ardent history buff and Tipu Sultan, is someone he admires deeply. It is going to be something special to see him portray the legendary warrior on the big screen.
