Will Velayutham be released on Diwali?

Chances are less that Velayutham may hit the marquee this Diwali. There is a long line up of movie releases this Diwali and the major film among this lot is the Suriya starrer 7aam Arivu.

Since 7aam Arivu is directed by AR Murugadoss and has Suriya in the lead and their earlier outing together – Ghajini – was a huge hit, the expectations for this film is greater than the rest.

urther, 7aam Arivu is produced by Udayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies. Following the stiff competition, Velayutham’s release may be postponed, sources say.
