Sneha hints at entering politics
Sneha has a knack of her own to stay in the news despite the fact that not much has been happening for her on the professional front. The ‘inauguration actress’ was at it again and instead of the usual boutiques, fitness centres or jewellery shops, this time it was a Medical Centre in Madurai’s Anna Nagar.
As always, a huge crowd had gathered outside the venue of the function after getting to know of Sneha’s arrival. There was a huge posse of policemen who safely escorted Sneha into the Medical Centre and out of it after the inauguration was over. Later, Sneha spoke to newspersons like an ambassador of homeopathy medicine. “In the field of medicine, homeopathy is one of the best modes of treatment. Almost all ailments can be cured by using homeopathy medicines and pills.
“In our country, there are plenty of effective homeopathy medicines available for all age groups and all illnesses. In fact, homeopathy is a gift of God to the mankind,” said Sneha, who was already in Madurai shooting for her upcoming film Murattukkalai opposite Sundar C. The film is a remake of a super-hit film of the same title which starred superstar Rajinikanth in the early eighties.
She added that she also has Vidiyal opposite Sarath Kumar and a few more Telugu films in her kitty. A scribe asked her whether she was nursing any sort of political ambitions (?!) now that she has been in the industry for a decade now. Sneha didn’t expect this question and was stunned. She recovered soon enough to reply that she had no idea about politics and wasn’t likely to enter politics in the near future.
She didn’t say she won’t be entering politics; she only said it’s not likely to occur in the near future. Does she mean to say that she might do so at a latter date?
