Karan pleads to allow his film to be released

Thambi Vettothi Sundaram is the film that has Karan and Anjali playing the lead pair. The film is directed by VC Vadivudaiyan and produced by Senthil Kumar. The actor convened a press meet at the Four Frames Theatre recently in which the director and producer also participated.

Speaking at this press meet, Karan said that certain organizations are threatening to boycott this film and are planning an agitation if it releases as it is based on the real life incident that happened in Kanyakumari district several years ago.

Karan said that none of the characters have been shown in poor light in Thambi Vettothi Sundaram. He pleaded that the film be allowed to hit the theatres as the Censor Board has certified it with an A already.
