Young Superstar Silambarasan has crooned a song in Prashanth’s ‘Mambattiyan’ that was used for promotional campaign. But it looks like that was an optional piece of work by Thamman and later he replaced by Naveen. The album launched recently has these two versions crooned by Naveen and producer-director Thyagarajan each.
The songs by Thamman is moderately hit with ‘Kaatuvazhi’ song peaking to the best.
The film is a remake of yesteryear hit movie ‘Malayur Mammatiyan’ starring Thyagarajan in lead role. Now as a father, he is sure of setting things right for Prashanth, whose career graph isn’t doing well.
