‘Kazhugu’ to take off on March 16

Krishna starrer ‘Kazhugu’ that’s hogged the limelight thanks to a starry promo video and a slick trailer will grace the screens come March 16. The film was recently given a UA certificate by the censor board.

Although the board offered a U with some cuts, the makers decided to retain the scenes as they didn’t want to kill the essence of the film by removing these scenes as per a press note.

The film recently unveiled a promotional video where they managed not only to feature a number of film celebrities but also had them shake a leg for the kuthu number. The songs are composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

‘Kazhugu’ that’s directed by debutant Sathyasiva is about those recover the bodies of suicide and accident victims. Bindhu Madhavi who will be seen sans make up plays a factor worker and is cast opposite Krishna.
