Gautham Menon ropes in Asin

Gautham Menon, who started his career as an ad-filmmaker, is all set to direct a commercial again. He will be directing a soft drink ad for which Asin Thottumkal has been roped in.
It is reported that Gautham Menon was unwilling to direct the ad, as his hands are full with his multiple projects. But the soft drink company persuaded him to accept the offer. The commercial will feature Asin Thottumkal, who was supposed to start her acting career in his Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikkalam in 2003, but the movie shelved for some reasons.
The actress, however, worked with him in Venkatesh starrer Gharshana, the Telugu version of Kaakha Kaakha. Meanwhile, Gautham Menon is in hunt of beautiful locales in Kerala to shoot the ad. The commercial will be shot in the backwaters.
However, Gautham Menon is also busy with his forthcoming musical-love story Neethaane En Ponvasantham. Apart from it, he is getting ready for two biggies: Vijay starrer Yohan: Adhyayam Ondru and Surya’s Thuppariyum Anand. On the other end, Asin is busy with her Bollywood flick Khiladi 786.
