Amala Paul reminded of Mynaa days
Amala Paul has a lot happening. She recently graduated in Communicative English securing 88 percentage marks and is looking forward to her Mollywood release with Malayalam top hero Mohanlal, titled Run Baby Run. She has also signed up a bilingual titled Nimirndhu Nil, directed by Samuthirakani
The film releases in Tamil and Telugu and has Jayam Ravi and Nani playing lead , respectively. For the past week Amala has been tirelessly shooting with both actors , one after another in Goa and Chalakudy. The cameraman for Nimirndhu Nil is M.Sukumar who did Mynaa with Amala earlier. Infact shooting in Chalakudy, Amala was reminded of her Mynaa days. Talking about her bi-lingual shoots she jokes, “It’s wonderful working with Director Samuthirakani as he can get the best in you. I have had to shoot the same scenes once with Jayam and the next moment with Nani and it did feel like two-timing sometimes.” On her role in the film Amala said, “I play a modern girl in Nimirndhu Nil and the shoots in Chalakudy did remind me of Mynaa a lot.” Samuthirakani has scripted an interesting role for the Nimirndhu Nil protagonist (Nani and Jayam), playing a revolutionist. The first schedule for the film has now been wrapped up as the unit gear up for the next leg of shoots.
