Venkat Prabhu Biryani
For a long time Venkat Prabhu was in search for the cast for his film Biryani which has Karthi in the lead role. Finally he has started cooking his Biryani on 5th of November. Karthi, Hansika, Premgi and Sam Anderson are starring in this film.
Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing music for this film. It is interesting to note that Biryani will be his 100th film that he is composing music for. At this juncture, Richa was signed for another heroine role. Richa quit this film.
So talks were held with various Bollywood actresses as well as Nayanthara for another heroine role. Now Mandy Takhar has been signed for this role. She who hails from London has acted in number of Punjabi films. She who made the audience hot by wearing bikini in the film Bamboo has now joined the team of Biryani.
